The Signature Collection is a collection of our own treatment protocols, personally designed by us to offer a different approach to facial rejuvenation.
Rather than looking at treatments in isolation, we have developed unique combinations of advanced regenerative and aesthetic products that work together — combining them in ways you won’t find as standard treatment protocols elsewhere.
And importantly, the entire Signature Collection is FILLER FREE.
We created these treatments for patients who want visible rejuvenation, lifting and improved facial support, but who either don’t want dermal filler or simply don’t need it.
Instead of adding volume, our approach focuses on restoring support, stimulating your own collagen, improving skin quality and working with the natural structure of your face and neck. By combining carefully selected products and techniques, we can target several aspects of ageing together and achieve a result that is subtle, balanced and completely individual.
The collection includes our Signature Double Jowl Lift, Signature Triple Neck Lift and Beyond 3 - three bespoke treatment protocols, each designed to address a different area or aspect of facial ageing.

A filler-free approach to support through the mid and lower face.Jowls are not always just about the jawline. Often, changes higher in the face — including loss of support and skin laxity — play a part too.The Signature Double Jowl Lift combines Profhilo Structura with a collagen-stimulating treatment, usually hyperdilute Radiesse. Together, they are chosen to support the mid-face, encourage collagen and improve firmness and skin quality, helping to soften the appearance of jowling.It may be suitable if your face feels less supported, a little sunken or more lax with age, including after significant weight loss.
Profhilo Structura is used to support the superficial fat compartments of the face, without traditional dermal filler. Treatment is tailored to whether your face is showing more sinking, sagging, or both.A course of two treatments around four weeks apart may be recommended. Results can last around 12–18 months, depending on the individual.
Hyperdilute Radiesse is used beneath the skin as a collagen stimulator, rather than to add volume. Over time, it can help with firmness, support and skin quality.For some patients, I may recommend a different collagen stimulator instead.You may benefit from the full protocol, or only part of it. Three complementary treatments. One bespoke approach to neck rejuvenation. No filler.The Signature Triple Neck Lift is our own combination treatment, developed to address several of the changes we commonly see as the neck ages.The neck is complex. Muscle activity, skin laxity, crepiness and loss of collagen can all contribute to its appearance, which is why we don’t believe there is always one single treatment that can address everything.Instead, our Signature Triple Neck Lift brings together three carefully selected treatments, each targeting a different aspect of neck ageing.The treatment may combine:
A comprehensive Nefertiti-style treatment targets selected platysmal muscle activity in the neck.By relaxing the appropriate muscles, we can soften prominent neck bands and reduce some of the downward pull around the lower face and jawline, helping to create a more refined appearance.
Profhilo Body is used to target areas of skin laxity and crepiness, particularly through the central neck.It is designed to improve hydration and overall skin quality, helping skin look smoother, healthier and more rejuvenated.
The third element is hyperdilute Radiesse, used strategically as a collagen-stimulating injectable to improve firmness, support and the appearance of laxity through the neck.Rather than simply adding volume, it encourages your body to produce more of its own collagen.The improvement therefore develops progressively as new collagen forms, helping to improve skin quality, firmness and the overall appearance of the neck.
By combining all three approaches, we can address muscle activity, skin quality and collagen loss together, creating a much more comprehensive approach to neck rejuvenation.Results from the regenerative elements can typically last around 12–18 months, although longevity varies between individuals.

Because anti-wrinkle treatment doesn’t have to stop at three areas.
Beyond 3 is our more comprehensive and individually tailored approach to anti-wrinkle treatment.
Traditional anti-wrinkle treatments often focus on the standard three areas of the upper face. But facial movement doesn’t exist in isolation, and for some patients, treating carefully selected additional muscles can create a much more balanced and refined overall result.
Beyond 3 takes treatment beyond the traditional three areas, allowing us to consider the face, lower face, jawline and upper neck as a whole.
Following assessment, additional treatment areas may include:
Softening the lines that appear around the sides of the nose, particularly during facial expression.
Treating the small muscular roll beneath the eyes that can become more noticeable when smiling.
Relaxing excessive muscle activity that can create a dimpled, textured or upturned appearance to the chin.
The DAO muscles pull down the corners of the mouth. Carefully treating these muscles can help reduce this downward pull and create a softer, more refreshed appearance.
Selected areas of the platysma muscle can exert downward pull around the jawline and lower face. Carefully placed treatment can help reduce this pull and subtly improve the appearance of the jawline.
Beyond 3 isn’t about injecting every possible area.
It is about looking at how your individual facial muscles work together and selecting the areas where treatment can genuinely enhance your overall result.
Your facial movement, proportions and muscle activity are assessed first, and treatment is placed only where we believe it will complement your features.
